Our clients don’t need to share their full story – this is not talk therapy. We focus on empowering and shifting the underlying emotional response to enable the client to feel “I’m safe” and know “It’s over, and I am safe now!” Talking about ‘what happened’ is not what you need. Reliving the past is not trauma therapy.
